UPkeepPDX exists to give homeowners and landlords a friendly, reliable way to finally tackle the maintenance jobs they know they need done, but don't want to or know how to do themselves. Founded by two lifelong Oregonians raised to be neighborly, we believe home upkeep shouldn't mean juggling a dozen different contractors or spending your weekend doing it all alone. We bundle 3–8 tasks into a single visit so you can cross them off your to-do list and rest assured they are done properly.

Our work covers home maintenance, light home upgrades, and tech/entertainment setup, giving you one trusted team for the kinds of projects that keep a home running smoothly and feeling complete. We show up on time, work carefully, communicate honestly, and always act in good faith. We want every job to feel like a solid value you'd recommend to a friend or family member without hesitation. If something falls outside what we do, we'll still help you find a trusted local pro who can help. We aim to be your first call for all your home needs.
